New research has revealed the top 20 features that most homebuyers look for when considering a new home. The list makes interesting reading and indicates that buyers have some surprising priorities. Warmth and energy efficiency are much more important than period features. While access to modern technology, like broadband and a good mobile and TV signal are of greater priority than access to good schools. Having a bath tub, a separate shower cubicle, multiple loos and an en-suite all make the top 20, despite the bathroom often being the smallest room in the house!
